De.Fi Scanner vs Birdeye
Same checks, side by side: price, what each scanner verifies, chains and features, from their official pages.
| Line | De.Fi Scanner | Birdeye |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free scanner · paid PRO tierThe contract auditor is listed as free on the site, and the docs describe the scanner, Shield revocation and the API without a public price list: Scanner PRO and Advanced Shield are the paid tiers, and the API is metered in credits (assetsPrices costs 1 credit, 100 calls a minute in the documented example). | Free account · paid packagesA free account gives you an API key, and usage is then metered in compute units with paid packages and overage billing; the documentation describes quotas and extra charges but publishes no price list. |

Which one should you pick?
Pick De.Fi Scanner if
You check EVM contracts before signing, and you want a score plus an approval revoker in the same place.
The industrial option on EVM: 80+ checks per contract, a security score, an AI score built on reputation, sybil and swap behaviour, top-10 holder and liquidity endpoints, and a wallet shield that revokes approvals. Everything is EVM-only, the chain list is published as a count rather than a table, and its referral and pricing pages are rendered client-side, so their conditions could not be read.

Pick Birdeye if
You want to build or feed a dashboard with prices, holders and liquidity, and you might as well get paid for referring it.
A data platform rather than a scanner, and the only tool in this series with a documented referral program: free account, key in hand, real-time prices, OHLCV, holder analytics and liquidity across 15 chains, Solana first. What it does not document is contract risk: no mint or freeze flag, no honeypot simulation, no score.
